We’re midway through February and esports competition is really starting to heat up! Street Fighter League concludes the final week of their regular season this week with the playoffs just around the corner. League of Legends continues to see plenty of competition with all four major regions continuing their regular season. CSGO and FPS fans can tune into the final two groups of the BLAST Spring competition and enjoy the start of the 2021 Call of Duty Season as well. There is a lot to discuss this week so let’s dive right in!
Highlight Match: Group C Grand FinalsSunday February 14th - 2:30PM EST / 11:30AM PST
After an incredible 2020 season culminating in a million-dollar event BLAST is now ready to begin their 2021 competition circuit. As one of the leading organizers within CSGO, any event run by BLAST is filled with the highest caliber of teams and always worth watching for any CSGO or FPS fan. This week will see Groups B and C play to completion which will conclude the group stage of this spring season. This is a week of CSGO no fan will want to miss!

With most fighting game tournaments being moved to online or canceled entirely events like this Street Figher League are a great way for FGC fans to stay engaged with their favorite esport. As the oldest and one of the most popular esports of all time, Street Fighter has found an entirely new format with this team-based competition through this official Capcom league. For any esport fan looking for something to do this Thursday evening, this is an event well worth tuning into as FGC matches are some of the most exciting in any esport. With this being the final weekend of the regular season its well worth checking out this week if you haven’t already!

The Call of Duty League begins their 2021 season this weekend and what better way to cap off the opening weekend than a match between OpTiC and FaZe. These are two of the most popular brands in all of North American esports and both got their starts in Call of Duty. The entire weekend will be a great way to gauge the strength of all the teams competing but with both OpTiC and FaZe finishing in the top four last season, and their storied rivalry, this is sure to be the one match you absolutely should not miss.

It’s hard to believe we are already nearing the halfway point of the Spring Split in the LEC after an exciting first few weeks of European competition. This week the LEC is back for another great weekend full of games with one game in particular that any League of Legends fan should watch. On Saturday Rogue will be taking on G2 Esports in our match of the week. As the top two teams in the league at the moment, this game will decide who will be the kings of the spring split until their next meeting. The rest of the weekend is filled with exciting matches as well making both days well worth tuning into.
Highlight Match: TSM vs Team LiquidSaturday February 13th - 7PM EST / 4PM PST
After being crowned the champions of the LCS Lock-In to start the year, Team Liquid hasn’t started quite as strong in the regular season. Having already dropped a match their game against TSM this week becomes incredible important and our match of the week. Both of these teams have storied histories, a rivalry, and some of the most passionate fanbases in the LCS. With TSM sitting in 5th place and Liquid one game ahead tied for 3rd, this match will heavily dictate how these teams begin their season. The rest of the weekend is filled with exciting games as well so the LCS stream is worth having on one of your monitors all weekend long.
